I played a key role in bringing Ferrero’s global Quality at Heart campaign to life—a digital-first initiative launched across Europe, Australia, and China in 2024. Designed to drive brand trust, recruitment, and employer brand storytelling, the campaign spanned LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, as well as print and trade placements. Using my skills in digital design and cross-platform storytelling, I collaborated with local markets to adapt creative assets with sensitivity to language, tone, and cultural nuance—ensuring the campaign felt locally relevant while maintaining a consistent global identity. I also supported internal activation, helping to generate momentum through office launches and employee advocacy content. In 2025, the campaign scaled further into the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico—demonstrating its global resonance and adaptability.
